Def Leppard in Philadelphia: Event Overview

Def Leppard brings its long-running catalog of arena rock to Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on June 27, 2027. The event, billed as Def Leppard, Goo Goo Dolls & The Struts, also features Goo Goo Dolls and The Struts. It is a major Concerts event in the Pop / rock category, with three established rock acts on one bill.

Formed in Sheffield, England, Def Leppard became one of the defining bands of 1980s hard rock, known for polished hooks, layered vocals and large-scale choruses. Albums including Pyromania and Hysteria helped make songs such as “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” “Photograph” and “Love Bites” enduring staples of the band's live repertoire. Their arena-ready sound makes this Philadelphia date a natural fit for a venue built to host major events.

The lineup adds distinct styles to the evening: Goo Goo Dolls bring melodic alternative rock and familiar singalong favorites, while The Struts contribute energetic, glam-influenced rock. Together, the three acts offer a broad night of live rock rather than a single-band set. Philadelphia's deep music culture and enthusiastic concert audiences provide a fitting backdrop for the show.

Venue and Seating Information

Xfinity Mobile Arena is a major indoor event venue in Philadelphia. Seating options and sightlines vary by event configuration, so review the seating map for this concert before selecting tickets. Lower-level seats closer to the stage can offer a more immediate view of the performers, while elevated sections provide a broader perspective of the full production.

For a three-act concert, consider the balance between proximity and overall view: seats near the stage suit fans focused on the performers, while seats farther back may make it easier to take in the lighting and stage design. Exact stage placement and available sections can vary, so confirm the event-specific layout when purchasing.
